Student Application

ACTS seeks to serve elementary school children who need some extra help in reading and/or math. The service is provided free on a one-to-one basis with caring volunteer. ACTS may not be able to meet any special needs that your child may have. However, if you are the parent of an elementary school child in Springfield in need of tutoring please print the application form, complete it and return it to
