Tutor Application
ACTS always needs new tutor/mentors. The one-to-one format requires a caring adult for every student enrolled. A student can NOT be enrolled WITHOUT a tutor/mentor. If you are interested in mentoring an elementary school child please print the application, complete both sides, and return it to:

Tutor Job Description:
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with children.
- Be faithful to attend the site on a regular basis.
- Make a minimum of a one year commitment; more years would be desirable.
- Be willing to take instruction from the Site Director.
- Be willing to support the mission of ACTS.
- Have own transportation.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish a relationship with a child in need.
- Help the student in areas of academic weakness.
- Build a friendship by meeting some of the real needs of the child.
- Communicate your love for the student.
- Attend training sessions as required or needed.
- Work cooperatively with and under the direction of the Site Director.
