ACTS is an after-school tutoring program that ONLY operates when school is in session. If there is NO school, there is NO after-school tutoring. ACTS does NOT operate during school vacations, summertime and holidays. If the Springfield Schools are closed due to weather then any ACTS site(s) scheduled for that day are also closed.
If the schools are open, but the weather turns bad later in the day, then ACTS may decide to close for safety reasons. If this happens, parents will be contacted by the Site Director if possible or parents may contact the Site Director for information.
